            Sri Banamali Mahanta,O.A.S- I (JB) Dy. Collector, is in charge of Establishment, Bill & Budget Section.

Staff Position of Collectorate, Deogarh :

 

Consequent upon creation of new District Deogarh w.e.f. 01.01.1994, a separate staff cadre was formed for this Collectorate vide order No.775/EB., dt.25.03.1995 of R.D.C.(N.D.), Sambalpur and in pursuance of Resolution No.33650/R., dt.09.07.1998 of Government in Revenue and Excise  Department, Orissa, Bhubaneswar. The Office of the Sub-Collector, Deogarh has been merged with the Collectorate, Deogarh vide Order No.2884/Estt., dt.12.04.2001 of Collector and District Magistrate Deogarh. The present staff position is as follows.

            Collector has conducted D.P.C. to fill up the post of Head Clerk and Senior Clerk on dt.02.08.2005 & Proposal for de-reservation has been sent to my Office vide District office L.No.6844/Estt., dt.10.08.2005.

 

Gradation List

 

            The gradation list of Ministerial Staff as on 15.01.2005 has been published and circulated among the staff of Collectorate & its Sub-Ordinate Offices.

 

Maintenance of O.R.V. Act./ Register :

 

            As per G.A. Department Resolution No.18242 dt.26.07.1996, two O.R.V. registers have been maintained in this Office, One O.R.V. register for initial Recruitment and other for Promotion. The registers have been verified by A.D.M., Deogarh on dt.21.07.2005.

Registers of Service Books :

 

            All Original service Books have been maintained properly with up-to-date service verification up to dt.31.07.2005. One register has been maintained to watch the movement of service Books.

 

G.I.S. Pass Book :

 

            All the G.I.S. pass Book of employees of Collectorate Deogarh are up dated.

 

G.P.F. Ledger :

 

            G.P.F. ledger has been made up-to-dated.

 

Increment Register :

           

One Increment Register has been maintained. Increment due till the month of November, 2005 have been sanctioned.

 

Pension Cases :

 

            No Pension case is pending in this Office.

 

Suspension Cases :

 

            No suspension case is pending in this Office.

 

Allotment Register :

 

            An allotment Register has been opened and maintained. On verification of the register, it is seen that up-to-date allotment position has been entered in the register. The month wise expenditure statement is also maintained.

 

Pay Acquaintance Roll :

 

            Two nos. of pay Acquaintance Rolls have been maintained for District Establishment, i.e. one for Gazetted Officers and another for Non-Gazetted Officers.

 

T.A. Acquaintance Roll :

 

            Two nos. of T.A. Acquittance Rolls have been maintained, One for Gazetted and another for Non-Gazetted Officers.

 

Disciplinary Proceedings Cases :

 

            One register has been maintained properly. On verification it is seen that two cases are pending for finalisation. The details are given below.

            According to the Book circular No.12 & 43 Collector should perform at least 90 days tour with 45 right halts in a year. During the first half year, the Collector is required to perform 42 days tour with 21 night halts. The tour performed by the Collector, Deogarh during the first half year, 2005 is given below.
