Sri Narmkalendu Behera, Inspector of Excise, Deogarh is now in charge of Superintendent of Excise, Deogarh with effect from 01.03.2005. Prior to him Sri Wahab Khan was the Superintendent of Excise, Deogrh from 08.11.2004 to 28.2.2005. Sri Bana Bihari Pattnaik, Superintendent of Excise, Jajpur has been transferred and posted to Deogarh district vide notification No.5896/Ex., dt.22.09.2005 of the Government of Orissa, Excise Department, Bhubaneswar, but he is on leave for 4(four) weeks from 10.11.2005 on self-medical ground.
