Public properties register has been maintained at Sub-Divisional level. Income derived from the management of public properties during the year 2001 –2002, 2002-03, 2003-04 and 2004-05 is given below:

Inspection of Gram Panchayats by District Panchayat Officer :

 

            As per the annual inspection programme for the year, 2005, the District Panchayat Officer, Deogarh is required to inspect 14 Gram Panchayats by end of this year. But he has inspected 10 Gram Panchayats by 28.l1.2005. The reason for shortfall in this regard is due to his engagement in collection of utilization certificate and two Gram Panchayats bye-election, 2005. He is advised to make good the shortfall by the end of the year and report compliance to my Office.

 

No case of misappropriation of Gram Panchayats/ S.G.R.Y./ E.F.C. funds is detected in this District.

            An annual inspection programme for inspection of Gram Panchayats for the year 2005 has been drawn up and intimated to all concerned after due to approval of Collector, Deogarh vide Memo No.20/ dt.11.01.2005 of District Panchayat Officer, Deogarh.
