The District Information and Public relation office is functioning at District Head quarter w.e.f. 24.07.1989 consisting of two revenue sub-Division namely Deogarh and Kuchinda.
Accommodation :
The Office of District Information and Public Relation Office, Deogarh is functioning at Deogarh Town in a private rented building. The rent of the building is fixed by the P.W.D. Authority to the tune of Rs.5,000/- per month. The house rent of the building has been paid up to 31.03.2004. Government in Information and Public Relation Department, Bhubaneswar has been requested to sanction house rent for the rest period. The matter may be pursued with Government
The N.A.C., Kuchinda has spared a rentfree building to function the S.D.I. & P.R.O. Office, A.V. Store and Information Centre at Kuchinda.

One post of Projectionist is lying vacant since 19.11.2005 due to transfer of Sri Bijay Kumar Rao, Projectionist. The Government in Information and P.R. Department, Bhubaneswar have been requested for posting of Projectionist at Deogarh.
Vehicle :
The vehicle bearing No.ORF-6121 is running its 17 years of life. The vehicle was purchased on 24.05.1989. It is also in running condition but requires repair from time to time.
Cash Position :
Permanent cashbook has been maintained. It is seen that a sum of Rs.1,000/- is in cash. Rs.700/- has been given as advance. The outstanding advance should be recouped immediately.
