Introduction About Office            : Deogarh Sub-Division was created on 01.01.1948 after merger of the Bamanda state Administration.

Nature of Work                            :  

(a) Sub-Collector and Sub - Division  Magistrate, Deogarh.

        Supervision and Co-ordination of all work in connection with Establishment and Nizarat matters of this division  Sanction of SOAP/NOAP/ODP/NFBS/O.L.R Act, 1960, Cases in Misc. Certificate Rule ,1984, Under valuation cases, Registration of Birth and Death as per Birth & Death Act,1969, Certificate cases under OPDR Act.1962,casesin cr.PC, under Preventive section , Law & order situation in the Sub-Division. Assistant Returing officer in respect of Assembly segmentNo. 18/134, Deogarh / Secy. Zilla Sakhyarata Samiti.

(b) Revenue Officer, Deogarh.

        Assist the Sub-Collector and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Deogarh for the above works. Disposal of cases in Cr.PC upder preventive section, Law and Order situation asigned by the higher authority of staff , Disposal of cases under Birth and Death Act, 1069, Drawing and disbursing of salary of staff. Officer-in-charge of Record Room.

(c) Head Clerk.

        Manage day to day office work. Supervising the office work of all ministarial staff and assist the Revenue Officer and Sub-Collector for disposal of office work . Issue certificate copy of Receords/trans mitting the data on daily Rainfall Report /T.L.C works etc.

(d) Stenographer

        Attending the Confidential matter of this office . Preparation of FCR/Tour Programme and Tour Diary of Sub-Collector /General & Misc. Section /Grievance and Loud speaker permission etc.

(d) Driver

        Maintenance of office Vehicle.

(e) Peon

        Help the above staff for smooth management of official work.
